Inspiring change
Foundry Learning Design draws on over a decade of experience in instructional design, facilitation, and capacity-building to create learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and rooted in research. With a background in developing curriculum at Jane Street, McKinsey Sustainability, and the Obama Foundation, I help individuals and teams sharpen their thinking, build new skills, and turn ideas into action—whether through coaching, interactive workshops, or thoughtfully designed learning ecosystems.
I'm obsessed with designing experiences that uncover fresh ideas, nurture real relationships, and turn knowledge into action. Learning should feel alive—something you don’t just absorb, but inhabit. I see learning as a dynamic ecosystem, shaped by our life experiences, insightful conversations, and the right questions. And I’ve learned that the best ideas emerge when we create the conditions to slow down, listen deeply, and imagine freely.

Capacity-building

My experiences teaching game and theater-inspired fiction remind me that storytelling and a bit of playful fun brings us together.
